What is aromatherapy? The practice of using essential oils for mental and physical well-being dates back to Egyptian times and was well known in antiquity for healing mind and body. The essential oils are extracted from plants and trees and are highly effective medical remedies and have their own therapeutic and spiritual properties. These are natural and organic and contain no petrochemicals, parabens or additives. Essential oils can be diffused and inhaled, applied in a compressor cream and through a carrier oil in a massage. |
